Think PARTNERSHIPS: Create value by working with local businesses. Rather than use discounts, partner up with local businesses  to design a promotion or offer you can present to customers in exchange for helping promote their business in your salon. For example, you may get a florist to offer a 25% discount for clients you refer.

Think PR: Don't forget to keep the local media updated with press releases, images and good news content as this generates FREE publicity for you! If you can get involved with local charities, events and good causes as this helps build your profile and it’s good for your image!
